STEVE PATTERSON is best known as host of the hit show The Debaters on CBC Radio One. Patterson has been a professional headliner since 1997 and has taped numerous national television specials in the past decade including four Just For Laughs galas. His performance in 2010 earned him a Gemini nomination and caused host Steve Martin afterwards to exclaim “If I’d have known he was going to be THAT good, I would have cancelled him.” Following that performance, Patterson was name Best Male Stand-up Comedian at the 2011 and 2013 Canadian Comedy awards and was nominated for Canadian Screen Awards as Host on HGTV’s I Wrecked My House and CBC’s Great Canadian Screen Test. Steve’s nationally toured theatre show entitled This is Not Debatable is on itunes and his The Book of Letters I Didn’t Know Where to Send is available in bookstores nationwide and new to Audible. ROB PUE takes his show on the road and coast to coast in Canada after the highly successful release of his first official Comedy Album #PUEGILIST. Rob has appeared on Comedy Central, MTV’s Punk’d and had his own Comedy Now special on The Comedy Network. He’s also a regular on CBC’s Debaters, performed multiple times at Just For Laughs, the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Halifax Comedy Festival and was the winner of the prestigious San Francisco Comedy Competition – with past winners including Doug Stanhope and Dana Carvey
SNOOK, Pete Soucy’s street-smart “corner-boy” character from downtown St. John’s, Newfoundland. Fast-talking and fun-loving, Snook has entertained thousands on stage, radio and TV for over 30 years. A regular on CBC’s Here & Now, Madly Off in All Directions, and the Halifax Comedy Festival, Snook also hosted his own variety series Wicked Night Out, and appeared weekly on the NTV Evening News with Stuff About Stuff.
An extensive ‘gig-list” includes major ad campaigns, special events, and dozens of corporate functions every year. After two successful home-videos, Snook’s Christmas CD was released in 2004. This home-run hit was followed by Snook’s Wicked DVD (2005), Snook’s Childhood CD (2006), Snook’s Christmas Concert DVD (2007), and Another Snook’s Christmas CD (2009).
Snook released his first book, HowYaGettinOn?, published by Flanker Press, last year, and continues to tour with Jim Payne and Fergus O’Byrne in the musical comedy group WickedAltogether!
